How to order:


Option 1 (Bank Deposit)

  1. Choose an item/s on the Gallery Tab
  2. Fill out the form below or email: [email protected]
  3. An email will be sent to the buyer with the bank details on where to deposit the payment. (BPI Family Bank or BPI Savings Bank)
  4. Send the payment details to [email protected] (Deposited Branch, date, time and amount)
  5. Items will be sent the following day to the Shipping Address indicated on the form below.
  6. Tracking Numbers will be sent to the buyers email address


Option 2 (Money Remit)

  1. Choose an item/s on the Gallery Tab
  2. Fill out the form below or email: [email protected]
  3. Send the payment details to [email protected] (Reference Number or Tacking Number of Western Union, LBC, Cebuana Pera Padala, Palawan Express Padala)
  4. Items will be sent the following day to the Shipping Address indicated on the form below.
  5. Tracking Numbers will be sent to the buyers email address.


Option 3 (Paypal)

  1. Choose an item/s on the Gallery Tab
  2. Send the order details to [email protected] or fill out the form below with subject "Paypal Payment".
  3. Stainless Jewelry Online will send you the bill via Paypal.
  4. Paypal will be charging 4 % + Php. 15 on top of the retail value.
  5. Items will be sent the following day to the Shipping Address indicated on the form below.
  6. Tracking Numbers will be sent to the buyers email address



Return Policy

All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched.

Returns are ONLY accepted within 3 days of the date of purchase/shipped date You may not return: sale items or any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Returns are also not accepted if you ‘change your mind’ or decide that the ’style or color does not really suit me’. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.)

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unscratched, and with original tags attached. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance.  That way you will be protected from loss during shipping.  Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have store credit with us.  Please allow 2-3 business days upon receipt of the item to be replaced.
